Return Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days after receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return & Exchange Label
Once your request is approved, Nortrival will provide a return or exchange label along with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 1-5 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
